Don't worry! If you sent us the correct amount with the wrong transaction reference, and if the money was sent from a bank account that’s registered in your name, we’ll still be able to locate your deposit. It might take us a little longer than usual, though, as we’ll be looking for it manually.

If you haven’t set up a transaction in the system to match your bank transfer, we’ll contact you to ask if you’d like to have the deposit sent or returned to you.
